All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your order being placed.
We offer a range of postage options dependent on location. Check the options at checkout to see the predicted delivery times after dispatch.
International orders will be shipped using regular international standard with Royal Mail in order to offer you the most cost-effective postage. Please be aware that these orders can take up to one month to arrive, however they generally arrive within 1 week in Europe and 2 weeks outside of Europe after your order has been shipped. There is no tracking option with this postage. If any international customers would like their orders sooner or would like a tracking number, please get in contact and we can arrange alternative shipping options and payment.
Any import duties and taxes being applied once the parcel reaches destination country, these are liable to be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs vary by country. Since Brexit, all EU orders will be subject to a 20% VAT charge upon arrival.
Please ensure you provide the correct address when ordering as we will be unable to change this once the order has been shipped.
