Returns
If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns up to 14 days from order delivery date. All orders must be returned in original condition. 

To request a return, please email thisisourapparel@gmail.com with the subject line 'Return' and include your full name and order details. We will reply to you with details for the next step. 

Any breach of these conditions and your refund will not be processed. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges except where an item is faulty. Please note that refunds are for products only and not delivery charge.
